History of FilConn, Inc.
FilConn, Inc. was established in 2003 by Rick Taylor and Jerry Hollis to design and manufacture Filtered, EMP Protected and Specialty interconnect products for customers in the Aerospace, Military and Medical markets.
Prior to starting FilConn, Rick and Jerry founded JERRIK Connecting Devices. Rick has had previous experience at Amphenol, ITT Cannon and as a consultant in the Filter and EMP Connector business. Jerry’s previous experience has been with the Olin Corporation and various divisions of ITT. Mark Pendergrass joined the FilConn organization in 2005 and brings strong experience in aerospace/avionics product development. All three are graduate engineers with extensive experience in engineering, management and custom product development.
